Medicine Returns

For patient safety, medicines cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered, except in the following cases:

• You received the wrong item(s)
• The item was damaged or expired at the time of delivery
• The item does not match what was shown/described at order time

How to Request a Return

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via phone, WhatsApp, or the Contact Us page with your order number and a photo of the item. Our team will review and arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are processed via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash. Refunds for online payments are returned to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 3–7 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order is out for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled.
